Launched express signup feature
One of the core product value propositions of 360dialog is the access to the WhatsApp Business API. When creating an account many prerequisites have to be fulfilled before a client can access the API and send messages to customers.
This process can get quite confusing to clients as there are many parties and steps involved: From Facebook as WhatsApp parent company, via 360dialog as a verified solution provider, partner companies which build products around different use cases and the end clients themselves.
The signup and onboarding process has been one of the more complicated parts of the user journey.
As part of Facebook's global roadmap a new express signup called embedded signup was scheduled for release some time in 2021. As by that time one out of only three business solution providers we were granted access to the beta release of this feature.
In just a matter of a few weeks the express signup was implemented alongside a newly designed onboarding journey.
Core benefit for the client: Instead of a matter of days, the client can start messaging his customers in just 5 minutes after he started typing his email in the submission form.
